STABILITY WITHOUT THE BALANCING ACT
Four Wheels, a Low Seat and a Relaxed Riding Position
The 420 platform is designed for riders who want more stability than a two-wheel cycle and more usable cargo space than a typical recumbent trike. Its 37 cm seat height and four-wheel stance let you stop without putting a foot down, while the adjustable mesh backrest supports a relaxed recumbent position.
- Under-seat indirect steering keeps the cockpit open
- Adjustable boom fits riders approximately 165–200 cm tall
- Adjustable backrest angle for different riding positions
- Dual rear air shocks help isolate everyday road vibration
CONTROL THAT STAYS MECHANICAL
27 Speeds, Four-Wheel Braking and a Dedicated Parking Control
A Shimano 3 × 9 drivetrain gives the rider a broad selection of gears for paved-road riding. The four-wheel Avid BB7 disc-brake system uses separate left and right controls for the front wheels, while the rear wheels are linked to a dedicated parking-brake control.
420E RANGE
Choose One Battery or Double the Onboard Capacity
Reference range is based on an approximately 75 kg rider on flat paved roads, primarily using pedal assist with occasional throttle use when starting. Terrain, speed, temperature, tire pressure, rider and cargo weight, assistance level and riding style can materially change actual range.

420 / 420E FAQs
What is the difference between the 420 and 420E?
They use the same core quad chassis. The 420 is pedal-only. The 420E adds a Bafang mid-drive motor, removable battery power, pedal assist, a removable throttle, a color display and powered lighting.
Is the 420/420E intended for off-road riding?
No. It is primarily designed for paved-road commuting, recreation and everyday riding. It can occasionally use gravel or maintained unpaved roads, but it is not intended for sand or technical off-road terrain.
Can the seat move forward and backward?
Not in the standard configuration. Rider fit is adjusted through the telescoping boom and the backrest angle. A custom fore-aft adjustable seat adapter can be specified during production.
Can it fit inside a normal car?
It does not fold and is not intended to fit inside a typical passenger car. Complete-vehicle transport is recommended. Check the full dimensions before ordering or planning transport.
How far can the 420E travel?
Reference range is approximately 80–100 km with one 48V 20Ah battery or 160–200 km with two batteries under the stated test conditions. Actual range can vary materially.
Does the 420E have reverse?
No. The 420E does not include an electric reverse function.
Will every component look exactly like the photos?
Product images primarily show the frame design, riding layout and core mechanical structure. The appearance, brand or model of tires, lights, displays, mirrors and other compatible components may vary with availability, production updates and the selected configuration. Substitutions will maintain the ordered function and applicable specification.
