FAQs

Q: How long until I receive my order?

Trikes ship within 1 week of ordering and reach your door via FedEx in about 2 weeks total, with tracking. Quads are made to order — production + delivery takes 6–9 weeks, with tracking provided.

Q: How much is shipping?

Flat rates to the US: $99 for trikes, $899 for quads. We also ship to the EU, Canada, Australia, and other developed markets — email trikexplor@gmail.com or WhatsApp +86 189 0382 9969 for a quote.

Q: Do you ship to the European Union?

Yes — we now accept EU orders. Contact us before ordering so we can confirm the best shipping solution for your country.

Q: Where do orders ship from?

Directly from our own factory in China. No middlemen — the people who build your trike are the people who answer your questions.

Q: How much assembly is required?

Trikes ship flat-packed with step-by-step assembly videos. If you're new to assembly, we recommend a local bike shop — a professional typically finishes in about 2 hours. Quads arrive 95% pre-assembled and factory-tested, in a steel-framed plywood crate; final setup is quick and simple (please have your own basic tools — none are included).

Q: I'm not mechanically inclined. Can I handle setup?

Yes — our videos walk you through every step, and any local bike shop can do it for you. If you get stuck, email us — an engineer (not a script-reading agent) will walk you through it.

Q: Trike or quad — which is right for me?

Trikes are lighter and more affordable — ideal for road, paths, commuting, and touring. Quads add 4WD traction and cargo capacity for off-road and utility use. Tell us how you plan to ride and we'll recommend a configuration.

Q: I have balance issues / haven't ridden in years. Is a recumbent trike right for me?

That's exactly who many of our riders are. Three wheels mean no balancing — even at a stop. The reclined seat supports your back, and getting on and off is easy. Electric assist handles hills.

Q: What is the weight limit?

Trikes are rated for 110 kg (about 240 lbs); quads handle up to 150 kg (about 330 lbs). Over the limit? Contact us — we can reinforce the frame for heavier riders.

Q: How far can the electric models go on one charge?

Range depends on rider weight, assist level, terrain, temperature, and cargo. As a reference, the F326E with its 48V 20Ah battery covers typical day rides with capacity to spare — contact us with your route profile for an honest estimate.

Q: What warranty do you offer?

10 years on frame and fork, 2 years on motor/controller/display, 1 year on battery, covering manufacturing defects.

Q: How do I get spare parts years from now?

We stock genuine parts and ship worldwide. Because our platform is modular, most components can be replaced individually — your trike is maintainable for the long term.
