The TrikExplor 326 and 326E use the same non-folding 6061-T6 aluminum frame platform, with narrow road-oriented tires for paved roads and other suitable firm surfaces. The 326 is pedal-powered; the 326E adds a 48V 500W Bafang mid-drive motor, throttle and magnetic-sensor pedal assistance. For riders considering wider wheels, the F326 / F326E fat-tire configurations share the same frame platform.
Low-Profile Geometry for Road Touring
The 326 has a reclined riding position, a 26-inch rear wheel, a 132 cm wheelbase and an 85 cm front track width. Its road-oriented wheel configuration is intended for road touring and regular recreational rides. Low seating geometry and wheel spacing are design features, not guarantees against tipping: handling depends on speed, steering, surface and load.
The standard road-tire setup uses Schwalbe 20 × 1.5-inch front tires and a Schwalbe 26 × 1.5-inch rear tire.
TrikExplor Mechanical Suspension Mesh Seat
The 326 / 326E uses TrikExplor's own breathable nylon-mesh seat, with a separate mechanical suspension arrangement beneath the seat. Leaf springs and rubber absorbers are incorporated into the seat mounting structure to help cushion vibration transferred through the frame. This is seat suspension, not full-frame or front-and-rear wheel suspension.
The low seat has a bottom seat height of 28 cm, a seat width of 37 cm and a seat depth of 25 cm. The seat angle is approximately 30°. If you have concerns about getting into or out of a low seat, discuss them with our engineering team before ordering.

326 — Pedal-Powered
Non-electric configuration with a Shimano 3 × 9 drivetrain (27 gear combinations). No motor or battery. Approximate weight: 20 kg.
326E — Electric Assist
48V 500W Bafang mid-drive, standard 48V 14.5Ah lithium battery, magnetic-sensor pedal assist and throttle control. Single front chainring with Shimano 9-speed rear gearing. Approximate weight: 32 kg.
Actual assisted riding performance and battery range vary with rider and cargo weight, terrain, speed, assistance use and other conditions. The 326E has mounting positions at the rear fork for two 48V 14.5Ah batteries. One battery is included as standard; a second compatible 48V 14.5Ah battery can be added for $350 when selecting the electric dual-battery configuration. The 326 can also be converted to electric assistance later using a compatible system supplied by TrikExplor; contact our team first to confirm the required components.
Mechanical Components
Both configurations use a non-folding 6061-T6 aluminum frame and Avid BB7 mechanical disc brakes with a parking-brake arrangement. The non-electric 326 has Shimano Sora front and Alivio rear shifting as specified; the electric version uses a single front chainring and Shimano 9-speed rear drivetrain.

The 326 / 326E road-tire versions and F326 / F326E fat-tire versions share the same basic frame platform. Road tires are intended for paved roads and suitable firm surfaces; the wider fat-tire setup is an alternative for different riding conditions.

Before You Order
Does the 326 have full suspension? No. It has a mechanical suspension arrangement beneath its nylon-mesh seat, not full front-and-rear wheel suspension.

Do I need to measure X-seam? We normally begin with height and weight, and request additional fit information only if needed.
