The TrikExplor F326 / F326E is the fat-tire configuration of our 326 frame platform. It combines a non-folding 6061-T6 aluminum frame, a reclined seating position and wider tires for suitable paved roads and mixed firm-surface paths. The F326 is pedal-powered, while the F326E adds a 48V 500W Bafang mid-drive motor and a standard 48V 14.5Ah lithium battery.
Low-Profile Geometry and Fat-Tire Wheels
Two 20 × 4.0-inch front tires and one 26 × 4.0-inch rear tire distinguish the F326 / F326E from the narrower road-wheel 326 / 326E. Wider-volume tires offer different traction and cushioning characteristics on suitable gravel, grass and mixed firm surfaces, depending on tire pressure and conditions. This is not a trike for jumping, aggressive mountain biking or extreme off-road riding.
The published geometry includes a 135 cm wheelbase, 87 cm track width, and 34 cm bottom seat height. Low-profile geometry is a design feature, not a guarantee against tipping: handling depends on cornering, speed, rider load and terrain.
TrikExplor Mechanical Suspension Mesh Seat
The F326 / F326E uses TrikExplor's breathable nylon-mesh seat with a separate mechanical suspension arrangement beneath the seat. Leaf springs and rubber absorbers are part of the mounting structure, providing some compliance between the seat and frame. This is seat suspension, not front-and-rear wheel suspension.

F326 — Pedal-Powered
Non-electric Shimano 3 × 9 mechanical drivetrain, using the component specifications below. Published non-electric weight: 23 kg. No motor or battery.
F326E — Electric Assist
Bafang 48V 500W mid-drive, 48V 14.5Ah standard battery, cadence-sensor pedal assistance and Shimano 9-speed rear transmission. Electric configuration uses its own mid-drive crankset.
Second-battery option: The F326E rear fork has mounting positions for two 48V 14.5Ah batteries. A single battery is standard. Select the dual-battery electric variant to add a second battery for $350, bringing the total to $4,249. Both batteries can be mounted at once. This option is not available with the pedal-only F326.

Before You Order
Does this trike have full suspension? No. The frame does not have front-and-rear wheel suspension. The nylon-mesh seat has an independent leaf-spring and rubber-absorber mounting arrangement.
Can I use narrower road tires later? Yes. A compatible complete road wheelset can be purchased from TrikExplor, and the owner can change the wheelset without returning the trike to the factory.
How many batteries are included with the F326E? One 48V 14.5Ah battery is standard. The dual-battery electric variant adds a second for $350.
